PAYMENT

All payments should be completed during check out. It is important to make sure that you are eligible to use any of the payments methods that we accept. Payments that are not received or declined will only mean that no item will be shipped and delivered.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping services, which include 1 to 2 days handling and 3 to 10 days delivery upon purchase.

REFUND/RETURN

Items purchased from us are eligible for refund or return services under specific situations.  In case you want to return the item due to unsatisfactory service, you will have to provide us with a written explanation about how our product was not able to meet your requirements. It is important to take note that an RMA is required before you can actually return the product you purchased from us.

Keep in mind that there are circumstances that your request for return/refund could be decline. Reasons for such include; unreadable and invalid product serial number, missing original packaging, lost accessories, products with no UPC code and physically noticeable damaged products.

CANCELLATION

A purchase order can still be cancelled if your payment has been processed yet. In case payment processing has been approved, you, as a buyer will be responsible for your payment. That is why it is highly recommended to check everything and to make sure that you really want to purchase our products before you order and go through our check out and payment processes.
